Referrals

People referring projects to TFW will be able to choose between two different referral bonus schemes:

10% (with cap to $10,000) on single project

This would be advantageous for introductions to large, one-off projects.

5% (with cap to $10,000) for 12 months from introduction

Useful when the client will potentially have many, small projects available for TFW.

The bonus scheme only applies to an invited list of people. It will not extend to the general public. A referral is conducted by either a direct introduction between the referrer and the potential client (via email, a teleconference, or in person), by the referrer notifying us to expect communication from the potential client, or the client telling us that they heard of us through the referrer.

Payment is made when the project officially ends, from the total earnings of the project.

The bonus scheme will not apply to mass marketing of any kind.

The referral scheme is a sign of good will and is not legally binding. We will not pay referrals which attempt to abuse the guidelines above and which do not respect the privacy of the offer or the client.

We may change or stop the scheme at any time, without forewarning. The easiest way to see if it is in effect is to check regularly or to assume it's there and check after making a referral.

The client will be informed of the bonus scheme being in effect before a formal agreement is formed.

In the event you happen to be working in TFW, all rates will be halved.
